The Beef

Wagyu (和牛 Wagyū- translation: “Japanese Cow”) cattle produce the highest and healthiest beef available in the United States, Kobe beef. Kobe beef is a legendary delicacy of Japan. The beef is so well marbled that it goes right off the charts for prime grading in any other country. Kobe beef has many health benefits due to its high concentration of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. It is nearly 97% cholesterol free red meat that contains desirable monounsaturated fats as opposed to damaging saturated fats.
